The Problem

You cannot enforce against someone you cannot find

Post-judgment process has to be served. A debtor who has moved, married, changed the spelling of their name or simply stopped answering can stall a judgment indefinitely, not because they are judgment-proof but because they are unlocatable.

Skip tracing for enforcement is different from a people search. The output has to be good enough to serve process on and to swear to. A list of nine possible addresses is not a result. One confirmed current address, with the identifiers that prove it is the right person, is.

The identity problem

Common names are where most enforcement goes wrong. Garnishing the wages of the wrong James Rodriguez creates liability for you, not for the debtor.

  • Identifier matchingDate of birth, partial identifiers and known associates
  • Case linkageTie the person back to the underlying court record
  • Address historyA continuous chain, not a disconnected list

Fit

When location is the bottleneck

Skip tracing solves this

  • Mail returned undeliverable
  • Debtor moved without a forwarding address
  • Name changed after marriage or divorce
  • Debtor moved to another state
  • Common name producing too many matches
  • Business dissolved and principals dispersed

Location is not your problem

  • You know where they are, they simply will not pay
  • Debtor is served and appearing but claims no assets
  • You need the assets found, not the person

FAQ

Skip tracing questions

We report the most recent verifiable address with the date the evidence supports, and say when the trail goes cold rather than presenting a stale address as current.

Yes. Interstate movement is routine. It matters for enforcement because domesticating the judgment in the new state is usually the next step, and we flag that.

Name changes through marriage, divorce or court order are traceable. Variant matching is standard in every trace we run.

No. Those aggregate stale records with no verification and no identity resolution. The output here is intended to be relied on for service of process.

Never. Confirmation is records-based. The debtor is not contacted and is not alerted.

The report

Judgment Collectability & Asset Report $270

A bounded, debtor-specific research product covering one final judgment and one debtor — an individual or a business. You get a written picture of what that debtor appears to own and whether pursuing them is worth your time.

What the report covers

  • Public-record asset and collectability research
  • Identifiable real property
  • Business interests and affiliated entities
  • UCC filings and recorded liens
  • Relevant litigation and bankruptcy indicators
  • Known addresses and employment indicators where lawfully available
  • Written findings identifying potential collection targets for further investigation

What it does not do

  • No guaranteed bank-account discovery
  • No guaranteed recovery
  • No representation that every identified asset is legally reachable
  • No legal advice
  • No enforcement filing or attorney service included
  • Additional debtors or unusually complex investigations may require a separate quote

How it works

  1. Send the request below with your judgment and debtor details.
  2. We review it and confirm the scope with you — including whether your matter needs a separate quote.
  3. We send a Stripe invoice. Work begins once it is paid.
  4. Findings are typically delivered within three business days after payment and receipt of sufficient identifying information.

This is research, not legal advice, and it is not an enforcement or attorney service. Nothing here guarantees recovery.
